Kauai is kid friendly, and, as a child that was brought here starting at 1, I can tell you it is a fantastic place to be a kid!
We would LOVE to host your family! Slowly but surely we are collecting ammenities for keiki (kids)
We have a pack and play to add to the guest bedroom or the bunk beds in the office for your kiddo to sleep on.
We have a mini beach chair for your keiki to lounge on at the beach.
We have a small selection of toys including: sand castle building supples, a camp kit, and wooden cars (all beach safe).
We have keiki sized snorkle equipment.
Salt Pond (as allways) get the honorable mention. The rocky reef around the bay create shallow pools at the edges with minimal wave action. With no inside reef keiki (and adults) can run uninhibitted into the water with no fear or tripping on rocks/coral. Additionally, Salt Pond has beach showers and bathrooms for your convenience.
Looking for a green space where your kiddo can run around?
Plantation Cottages in Waimea has a field of grass, banyan trees to wander through, and a fantastic restaurant.
Feel like staying closer to home? Our backyard is at your disposal and there's a neighborhood park with a soft rubber mat under the play equipment.
